    Ever since I sold the Stang, I don't speed anymore. Mostly because my silverado gets way better mileage at the speed limit. I must be getting old.. I'm only 21 :nonono:

    If you've worked on 5.4's, you can work on a 4.6.. It's the same engine, one just had more cubes.

    But from the looks of those cams it's coolant getting in to the engine.. What did the oil look like when you changed it?

    Looks like coolant is making it's way in to your oil somehow. Might be a blown gasket somewhere. But it could also just be condensation from the heat of the engine.
