    Just got about 250 out a tank, which is close to 18.2-18.4mpg and thats with a heavy system in the car and LOTS of WOT blasts and spirited driving. I was shocked because its usually about 230 toa tank since i live in Houston and sit in traffic EVERYWHERE i go. 180 is ridiculous though

    BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW Feedback Please

    The KDW2's are the best tire ive ever had to be honest. Price is decent, traction is phenomenal (1.9 60' with 18's, chrome rims, and a drop on H&R Supersports), handling is great, and the road noise is common with most wide, low profile tires.

    Get a Bassnai catback. Just as loud outside and sooo much quieter inside. Ive had the exact setup you have now and now have Bassani. ALOT better sound and ALOT quieter inside without losing any volume outside.

    Meh, no isolators here up front and i have H&R Supersports, but then again i like my car pretty low. Wrapped them in electrical tape and there is no sqeaking. GOt MM Poly isolators out back.

    Catted H-Pipe

    You can get a BBK o/r h-pipe and weld on some Magnaflow hi-flow catalytic converters and it'll still be alot cheaper than thet MRT catted h-pipe. They are like the only one i know of and they're prices are insane.

    I always watch that twin turboed saleen video and its just amazing everytime. I would love to model my car after his, but after reading the mods list, it looks like i'd need about 30k or so to do that.

    Good lord, He had cams, some headwork, 4.10's, AND all that other **** and the best he could trap is 104mph. Thats just downright crappy driving to say the least. OH well... You should be able to pull off a nice 13.2 if you are lucky with good track prep and with some practice. Good luck

    Plenum question!!

    I have the C&L Plenum and while its not the prettiest one out of all of them, it serves the same funcitons. Mine does not have an annoying whistle but there is a slight one if i quickly tap the gas or something. Thats normal and probably due to my 75mm Accufab TB and JLT RAI.

    Actually i don't think longtube headers are legal in most staes. But i don't know. If they're not, then get some 50 state legal shorty headers with a catted midpipe and catback. if they are legal, then some longtubes with a catted mipipe would work too. Luckily in TX they are not too strict...

    8.8 rear end strength?

    I think its just a crapshoot and you never know. There are bolt-on GT's who have managed to blow the rear end simply on Drag Radials at the track. Other guys run Et Streets every month and still have a stock rear end. You just never know but i would think without a power-adder and on Drag...
