    Crappy steering response, slushy feel, what can I do?

    Check the caliper and hose and pads on the passenger side. I was driving my boss' Jeep Cherokee that's been lifted with some 31"s on it. Every time I'd hit the brakes to stop, it would jerk the steering wheel to the left really hard. I would have to steer right just to counteract it. After...

    head studs, worth it?

    14 lbs. of boost? You might want to consider going to a aftermarket block that's already been prepped. But if you want to use the block you have then you'll have to get the cylinders honed with a torque plate and maybe get the block decked also.

    It's possible to do it but you need to be careful when you pull the heads off. Pull the wrong way and you might run the head into something that will break very easily or gouge the paint in the engine bay.

    Need help finding exhaust

    That's the question I've been trying to ask. Will it work on my car? I don't want to throw it on my car and find out that it's not legal and won't pass the emissions testing. That would be a huge waste of money I can spend elsewhere.

    As much as I'd like to do that, I want to keep it legal. Emissions standards in NJ are pretty much a PITA, but I do want to keep it clean. And I want to do the work myself. So that means buying a complete exhaust system that I can bolt in.
