    How much is invested in your stang ?

    I couldn't tell you what I have invested in my car and don't want to know. I'v had a 4cylinder in the mustang. Then a 302 and now 351. In my Falcon had a 406, 390 and now I know putting a 12 point cage and a 486ci in it.

    Here are pic of what it looks like when I drop it off last night. I took the old roll bar and everything out of it. I'm getting a 12 point cage and new seat installed. I'll start build the new motor next week. It's going to be a FE 427 stroked to a 489ci. Hoping for high 9's on motor at 3200lbs...

    WELD Backspacing HELP

    The spacer is 120 thousand of an Inch. It's not hard at all to make them fit. I good 15min. is all it would take.

    WELD Backspacing HELP

    I had to roll the fender lip because everytime I launch it would come down and cut the tire. I also had to beat the inner fender well mainly the front. I also running a small wheel spacer.

    I'm getting a 10point cage in my Falcon with added X braces so I'm legal up to 8.50. My dad has a full chassis car legal to 7.50. We are finally putting it back together after painting everything.

    I never had good luck with big bell C6 for some reason the small bell like what's in my Mustang I've had really good luck with them. Don't know why.

    I listed above the size U joint you need for Maunal rack. Then I cut the stock shaft the size I needed and welded the new U joint on.

    New member with project(pics) *need advice*

    I run a glide in a 400hp motor and 3200lbs car and it picked up 3.5 tenths over a C6. I can drive it around town and not have any porblem. I wouldn't go on the highway with it. I'm sticking a 600+hp motor in it now.
