    burning oil?

    the engine has just over 73k miles and is stock. any ideas on what could be causing it to burn oil? thanks for the tip, i'll check for that thread on the crankcase breather. again, thanks the help is much appreciated.

    last night after driving my car(97cobra) to a friend's house i noticed a burning oil smell which only got worse on the way home, just before i got home i could see smoke coming from under the hood. i had it on the high side of the power band pretty frequently last night, but i've never seen this...
