The pump will be kinda hard to pull up . You can pry gently with a screwdriver it will feel like a vacuum is being pulled on it. # 1 goes to your charcoal canister correct ? Try pulling the white clip completely out of the connector with some needle nose .

    Headers

Thanks mustangman I put off buying these for a long time cause everyone said they sucked on mustangs. In my case they fit , like u said good thick flanges and a LT ceramic set up for around 500 , had to try, glad I did. They may have had fitment issues early on ( pacesetter ) but it seems to be...

    Headers

I've had them on my car since August . No fittment issues. Install was time consuming but fairly easy. They actually tuck under my car better than my bbk X pipe did. All and all for the money plus being ceramic coated, which was important to me. I'm pretty satisfied . I just wanted to share my...

    '00 Gt Problems

The inertia switch is in the trunk on the driver side behind the tail light. The car really shouldn't start at all if it is tripped. I was trying to think of simple things to check first. When my fuel pump went out it went out all at once. It died and wouldn't come back. Have you checked all of...

    '00 Gt Problems

What year model is the car? Your computer will try to compensate for a vacuum leak. You could try and disconnect the battery cable and let it set for about 10 mins. Then start the car and see if it helps. Usually unmetered air will cause a lean code yet your throwing rich codes. Have you checked...

    4.10 Install Help

I see a lot of looks but no replies. I don't know how far you are willing to travel for a gear install, but I know a guy that does gear installs fairly reasonably around the Decatur Al. Area. PM me and I can get you his number if interested.

    What If

Macs do not have to be removed is my understanding. Not sure about pacesetters. ( I've had them on ls1s, (fit great, buy the way I've also heard horror stories on gts). I just want my LTs to fit right the first time with little or no mods to k member, floor pans, or stearingshaft.

    What If

Thanks I was thinking I would be better off with out for now. I want macs but the ceramic pacesetters are very tempting. I am thinking of giving them a try.

    What If

Thanks guys, I could do the labor myself . I did my own gear install ( I'm a mechanic by trade ) Basically the only thing on a car I would be scared to get into would be an automatic tranny. I was thinking the long tubes would be more of a supporting mod for a vortech kit down the road...
