I've seen several regular GT's with those graphics on them.

    bbk o/r x-pipe

If you don't like the flowmaster exhaust right now then you'll really hate it if you put that BBK X on it. It's the worst sounding combination that I've ever heard. For some reason the BBK x is the worst sounding one of all that I've heard.

    cold air intake filter question

Don't drive around without a filter. Just spend a few bucks on a regular paper filter until the K&N comes in. Then put the paper filter back in the box & you'll have it to use when you eventually pull the K&N out to clean it.

    Need new clutch (advice)

I put a Fidanza 2.1 clutch in mine with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and have been very happy with it. I also put in a steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster at the same time. A complete night & day difference from the stock stuff. The Fidanza clutch kit is very resonably priced from American...

    K-Member options?

Good deal. One thing to note though. My buddy bolted the spring perches on. Then once everything was where it needed to be he put some welds on it to give it more strength. Might be something you want to do.

    K-Member options?

The AJE setup let's you use your stock control arms. They also have spring perches you can buy for a little extra so that you don't have to switch to coilovers. A friend of mine has one in his ride and is very happy with it.

    Headlight Housing and HID Qs

I've been looking into HID's for a little while now and using projector lights rather than the stangs' stockers can also help the brightness & splay. Yea yea, everyone thinnks projectors are ricey, but if they help me see better to keep from hitting something and trashing the car then I can...

    hood struts

Be very careful when putting in the pop rivets. If you have them in there crooked when you do it it will oblong a splinter the fiberglss on the stock hood. Then you'll have to move the bracket over from the optimum attachment location. I thought I was getting a new hood last year and sold...

    Help with midpipe decision

I have an O/R Pro Chamber with flows welded into the stock catback. Not too loud but people know it when you have the hammer down. Most X pipes don't sound very good with an X pipe. I have a BBK X pipe that I installed and it stayed in the car for less than a day. It was one of the most...

    new hyundai genesis coupe

You gotta be kidding me. Do you know how many NON big three cars are built here in the states and sold here? The american auto makers just don't put out the quality that the others do for the same price right now. That's why they're in the ****ter, oh yea, that and the unions. I'd love to...

    noob suspension?

If you lower it at all then just buy the plates. I have Vogtland springs with Tokico Blue shocks & struts and the drop wasn't drastic at all. I still needed CC plates though. You can spend the $200 on some good CC plates now,,,,, OR..... spend $400 on new tires in a few months and then...

    oil in intake?

Wasn't there also a mod that could be done to the valve cover so that the oil would drain better and not pool by the PCV valve? I seem to remember hearing something like this before.

    Oil on Spark Plugs

All that smoke you are seeing is the oil that you put in the cylinders burning off. If you let it run for a while or just go drive around it will eventually quit smoking. At this point, my advice would be to clean all the plug holes very well. Also clean off the plug boots and the intake...

    Oil on Spark Plugs

I think I already answered this somewhere else. But I'll do it here too. It's most likely your valve covers leaking into the plug holes. The oil pools uo them coats the threads and electrode when you pull them out, Check that FIRST, it's cheaper than tearing down the engine.

    good coil packs

Unless you're pushing some hardcore HP numbers the stock coils are more than good enough. The one and onyl thing I have considered is the better boots with the braided conductor in them. The can be put on the OEM coils and might be better than the OEM spring setup

A couple questions about a service I received from xpress lube today (Please help!)

If the power steering fluid is really dirty it can't hurt to flush it out. Use Mercon V auto trans fluid and you'll be fine. As a rule of thumb I try to do a differential service every 30k. It's a little too frequent but the extra cost is worth my automotive OCD not driving me completely...

    OK!!!! This takes the cake!!!!

On some vehicles adding extra grounds to different parts of the engine bay can be beneficial. Better grounds help the electrical system out. This can help spark output which can sometimes cause a small rise in HP. There's a lot more to it than this but adding extra ground wires IN THE PROPER...

Why does my e-brake light come on when I brake normally sometimes?

If your brakes were at 10% 3 months ago then you need to change those pads NOW before you end up having to buy new rotors also. Also, if your brakes are worn that far down then you probably need some fluid in the reservoir.

    Improper subframe connector installation

How you know if they're right or not is actually very easy. If they lift it up by the body like most auto shops do to service the vehicle... Then the doors, trunk, and hood are probably going to have crazy gaps and stick when opening. If they use a drive on lift where the car is resting...

    Improper subframe connector installation

When a car is lifted by the body it can flex big time. Depending on where you put the lift pads a mustang will flex like cray and it's noticable in all the body part gaps. It's not a poor installation that screws thigs up, it the position of the body when they are welded in. Once the are...
