    Installed JLT CAI

    I had the same problem with the shuddering and low rpm idle. Took off the JLT II and reinstalled making sure the clamps were tight, but not overly tight. Tested again, been running great for 2 months since!

    V-1 owners

    My V-1 is about 1" above the hood line. Having a Vert, there's not much rear window for it to have a clear view in the first place. Been working fine so far.

    Fuel leak when filling up?

    Fuel leakage is a very common issue and many people have complained about it in various other forums (including this one). Problem is, Ford has said they will not honor late model 05's and all 06s for the TSB (it's written in the TSB itself).

    I've had the same feeling before. Oh wait, that was because I had the top down on my vert and was waving my hands around screaming like a little kid. Of course, I was at a red light and strangely enough, people on the streets and in the other cars were all calling someone on their mobile phones...

    http://mustang50magazine.com/techarticles/m5lp_0601w_cold_air_intake Most repair shops wouldn't bat an eye to having an aftermarket CAI installed. If they do, it takes 15 minutes to reinstall the old one.

    Your descriptions sounds like the Cold Air Intake which can be heard at WOT. Wait til you change it out for a real CAI, then you'll REALLY hear it.

    I have te fanblades. Love 'em. If you like shiny, go for the 18" bullitts, as the fans are not shiny. Either way, it's your own preference.
