    The 3650 isolator is quite a bit different than the t5/t45 version. The 3650 isolator is larger & snaps on to the ball of the shifter, & surprise!, is not serviced by Ford separately from the shifter itself. I have yet to see one break, but then again, there are a lot of things I haven't seen!

    That is correct. The supplier I spoke to did make a run of them several years ago from the OE tooling & was not pleased with the fitment. So he's re-engineered the tooling for a better than stock part. Looks to be about 6 months out.
