    Its a 98 right ? So they dont have PI-Heads. He said "Stock Non-PI heads w/Comp Cams XE270AH-13 cams" So the compression comments dont apply.

    Jesus dude, your in an explorer!!! Higher center of gravity = flips easily! Use the stang to have some fun, the explorer to take the kids out and get some groceries. But yes you can have it reflashed or cut a wire and put a switch inline to allow you to go over the 106 limiter.
