Yep. Low freon will cause the compressor to keep cycling on and off and only blow cool air. Eventually, it won't even blow cool. You've either got a leak or it was low to begin with. Either way, it's not the pulleys.

No, but you needed to order 315/35/17's instead of 315/40/17's to keep the same overall diameter as the 275/40/17's. Now, your back tires will be 1 1/4 inches taller diameter than the front. Is that what you wanted to do?
Keep in mind when looking at that map...the strongest winds are on the front right side of the hurricane. So....orlando (bottom of the "L" in FL) will probably get some considerable wind.
This guy hit the nail squarely on the head. The only difference is where it sucks the air from. MAX = inside air, AC = outside air. Compressor cycles the same no matter what.
