    Mine is set at 14 degrees. no more jerking or bucking than stock. I recommend the T/A only if you aren't planning on a chip or dyno tune anytime soon.

    I totally agree with you the Mach 1 looks exactly the same as a v6 just some nicer wheels, lower, with a nicer front chin spoiler and same rear bumper, plus the hood is nicer and different color spoiler, plus the interior :shrug: :rolleyes: :nonono: Bonehead.

    My best stock was 13.99@100 with 2.1 60 ft. There is no "exact stock quarter mile time". Everyone is different. Depends on the driver and the car.

    Ya'll would do well to listen to Jackie Chan when it comes to cutting good 60 fts on street tires. He cuts CONSISTENT (interpretation: nearly EVERY time) 1.9's on street tires (no drag radials).

    Hmmm..you're probably right. I weighed my 03 GT at FFW in gainesville and it weighed 3400 lbs with me in it. I weigh about 225 lbs. So...that's 3175 lbs for just the car. 1/8th tank of gas, no spare/jack, but full interior (seats, etc).

    This product on a car with stock timing wouldn't do anything. The whole point of it is that it will allow more aggressive timing without detonation. The extra power comes from the advanced timing.

    420 rwhp reliably on a stock 2v 4.6 bottom end? Depends on what you mean by reliable. With that kind of power, you better have a VERY good tune. Most likely you'll be on borrowed time.

    $5k to build the motor w/reliable bottom end. $5k for EVERY bolt on $4k-$5k for blower/install/dyno tune $15k for reliable 500 rwhp on top of the cost of the car. OR 2003 Cobra w/pulley, exhaust, cold air intake, dyno tune hmmmm.....I'd go with the snake.

    Which weighs more (a wheel question)

    I weighed my stock base GT 5 spokes with stock goodyears last night and they weigh a total of 41 lbs each. Goodyear says the stock tire weighs 24 lbs. Mine are basically worn out so take generous 2 lbs off and that leaves 19 lbs left for the wheel. Not bad for a stock wheel.

    Problems after C&L Plenum and Accufab 75mm T/B install... NEED HELP!!!

    The above post is the best advice in this entire thread. Put it back to stock (MAF, TB, Plenum). Add the plenum. If all is fine, add the TB. If all is still fine, toss the MAF in the trash, because the stock piece is plenty unless you have a supercharger or turbo.
