    I think that any modification to the PCM will void the warranty, but if you have a tuner (Predator, Xcal 2, etc.) you can just return the stock program and nobody will be the wiser. What you probably need to do is get a handheld tuner and re-flash your PCM every time you change something...

    Also, you would be surprised at the difference fresh clean fluid makes; one time I had a Mazda 626 that wouldn't go into 3rd gear (90000 miles). I drained/refilled fluid 3 times, and it ran fine, right until I had a close encounter with a new Caddy.

    Please tell me you didn't buy one of those "performance chips" from eBay. A chip should install over the factory ECU, not at the IAT; anyone who tells you to connect it to the IAT is selling a resistor.
