    Use the Motorcraft Synthetic Blend that it came with from the factory. My first oil and filter change was made at 1,600 miles, then at 3,000 and now every 3,000 - 3,500miles.:nice:

    If you use Eagle One's Wipe and Shine every day (like I do)...you'll never have to wash your baby (unless you drive her in the mud)...:D P.S. Use Invisible Stoner's Glass Cleaner (spray bottle version) for the windows ...everyday.

    Okay, I added about 3 gallons of 87 octane Shell (to the existing 3 gallons in the tank) and sure enough...I noticed some pinging (on hard acceleration) this morning into work. I will be switching over to 89 Octane and see what happens.

    Rear axle moan fix.

    D.Hearne, let us know how long the fix lasts...there have been other posters who have added the friction modifier only to find out a few thousand miles down the road that "groan" returned. Hopefully it will be a permanent fix for you...but there is no guarantee.
