    you need either a speedcal (doesnt work on an auto), or a tuner such as the sct xcal 2 or diablo predator.

    3.73s atleast, my buddy has the j-mod, 373s and an xcal2 and I still think he should have gone with 4.10s. Dont get 3.55s, they arent a big enough difference.

    I have those tires, they are pretty good. Tons better than the stock goodyears, I dont even try and launch on the street with my 4.10s, shifting to second also squeels for 2 or 3 seconds.

    I've heard a bunch of times that the 555r's barely hook better than good street tires, never heard much about people driving in the rain with them because it sounds like a horrible idea to drive with drag radials in the rain. I've also heard that the regular 555's are pretty bad in the rain...

    Opinions??? (springs)

    my car is in spec on the alignment with frpp c springs, without CC plates. C springs are nice, but imho they dont drop enough in the back. My car is a 04 and just hit 39k, had the c springs since 33~ and speed bumps are a nightmare, really jars your ass. I probably need new shocks already.

    my buddy is in the process of sticking them on his auto stang, if you get them dont use the paper gaskets they send with them. Im pretty sure hes got them on and leak free now that he put the oem gaskets on it. They look like quality pieces.

    My friend that has 3.73s, jmod and an xcal2 doesnt have the line pressure maxed out at all and its already really noticeable when it shifts in regular driving. How can you stand being jerked everytime it shifts with it maxed?

    tb and plenum is worth about 6~ hp, you are much better off getting gears. I would never drive my car without 4.10s again.

    mileage is no problem at all with 4.10s, anyone that says so is a :taco: that doesnt even watch their fuel gauge. The problem is that 4.10s would mean you would have to shift to 5th at the track, also that launching would be pretty difficult. If you never go to the track, 4.10s would probably...
