    try 5500 to start with....thats what I launched my 94 cobra at.....with 26x8 MT drags....if you leave at to low a rpm its actually harder on the drivetrain. Higher RPM will help it spin a bit...therefore rolling you forward. If thats to much...then just drop it 200-300 rpm until it hooks well...

Actually that is my first time to pull the racecar with my explorer, I had to wire up my trailer lights...so now hopefully the track will come more regular....I just hate going to Atmore when they are having...

    I figured I'd get this rear end deal back together and go down and bracket race my car (yea its a manual trans) ...so I ran a best of 7.68 @83.20 MPH with a 1.87 60 ft on the BFG's.......our local track is 60ft shorter than the true 660ft of a true 1/8 mile..but still all in all a good night.     the race masters will definetly help. I'm guessing somewhere around 7.30's off the bottle... maybe some 1.70 60 fts just a guess. Depends on a whole bunch of factors. Where you lanch, how old those tires are etc etc. I wont be disapointed if you run faster than I did, but I will be a little...

    I have used it in the past, and with BFG drag radials it didnt have any problem hooking!!! won quit a few races against everything from cadillac's to S-10's with V-8's. My solution to the cop thing was....a bag of nitrous from compucar. Its a dry system that is powered by your cig...

    i have an explorer intake upper and lower for sale. you basically can reuse your injector rails, injectors, heater neck (for heater), tb etc etc. As mentioned above there are a few differences in bolt lengths, but whats a couple of bolts...right? Ben
