    Cobra Intake Users Please Help

I picked up a chromed 3/8" fuel line 90* fitting from AutoZone in their chrome/hot rod section. It screws right in and is only about half the height as the stock fitting. I've also ground about an 1/8" off the bottom of the EGR mount on the passenger side. It's not needed and just extra...

    Will 93 Valve Covers fit a 94?

I run a cobra intake and have ran Trick Flow, Stock '93, and Comp Cams Polymer valve covers and here's the only 2 simple things I had to do.... 1. Go to AutoZone and buy a chromed 3/8" fuel line 90* fitting (it's in the chrome/hotrod performance section) for about $5 and use that for the PCV...

    accelerator pedal modification

actually what stops the gas pedal is the stop bolt on the side of the throttle body before doing the mod, have someone open the throttle from the engine bay all the way till it hits the stop and get down an look closely at the gas pedal...it won't be touching the floor....it'll be close, but...

Shifter question for Tremec 500 / 600 people

you can pretty much use any handle. The stock one will fit. I use an adjustable MGW one (kinda like the new adjustable UPR one) to set the handle back and towards the center a bit so I don't come so close to hitting the drivers side edge of the center console ('95 GT)

Got my Pro5.0 Gears and T/A Girdle installed

is your car lowered?? If so, keep an eye on the girdle - to - gas tank clearance. After going over a bump or two too hard it has put a "T" shaped dent in the front of the spare tire well. Nothing really to worry about, but something you'll want to check whenever you have the car up to make...

    Smokeless Seafoam

yup, start sucking it up and as the motor starts to die pull the hose out a bit so it stays running. When the bottle is about 3/4 gone go ahead and let it stall. That will keep the seafoam inside the chamber to do it's job. When you start it up after 15 - 20 minutes it will smoke. It will...

Does anyone here have a tko-500

driveshafts are the same for fox and sn95. I have a FMS aluminum and still used a 5/8" spacer when I installed the TKO. The tranny sits that much further up towards the front of the car when using a TKO or fox style tranny/bell. I guess if the driveshaft was made for your application then...

Lower Intake Gasket - Which Way???

when I originally changed intakes years ago I just used a bead of silicone and let it film over for about 15min. It held for a while, but after I put the blower on and hadn't changed to a better sealing PCV valve yet it slightly got pushed out due to crankcase pressure and leaked a bit...

    dipstick not in the block?

You can get a cheap shorter chrome one for a Ford 302 at AutoZone for about $7 that works fine with longtubes. I have a Lokar flexible one though ($40), but kinda wish I had saved some money and just got the cheapy one. It does just as good

    Chrome Waterneck Leak

you might be able to lightly sand the chrome off to bare metal the mating surface. That might help with sealing

    front stabilizer bar

stock bar weighs 13lbs. As far as it helping on launch, disconnecting the end links will allow the suspension to be able to rise more and put more weight on the rear. Now this also depends on your suspension setup in the first place.... on a stock or loose front suspension it will help, but...
