    Actually all 94+ use the same rear calipers, even the cobra/mach/bullit. In those applications, they are fitted with a thinner pad to compensate for the thicker rotor.

    In my humble experience it is hard to be 1 tooth off on a sbf. because the oil drive is hex, usually it is dead on, or 30 degrees off, in which case it won't run. besides, even if it was one tooth iit wouldn't matter, just move the dizzy that much to compensate. Right? I am too tired to think...

    Something is wrong here. If you change the fuel pressure and you get smoke, it is fuel. Every carb motor I have had I run 6-8 lbs fuel pressure. Sounds to me like you have a stuck float or a weak needle valve. Pull the float bowls and see if the valve is working and that one of the floats...

    check the float level on the carb and check the fuel pressure out of the regulator. Also, what kind of carb are you running? Has it ever backfired through the carb?

    Changing the cams is kind of a crapshoot if you don't know what they came from. It is hard to say which is better, depends on the year and aftermarket or not. The 302 and 351s usually have the same head. The one exception worth noting is the 69 351 heads that had factory sodium filled...

    The 351 can be dropped in and boltedup just fine as long as you get swap headers for the 351, and a 351W intake manifold. See, the 351 has a taller deck height than a 302 thus making it taller and wider than the 302. It also gives it a great rod-to-stroke ratio, but that is beside the point...
