    I was just on svtperformance and read a thread about a guy doing a twin turbo set-up on his cobra and someone said something about a twin 76mm producing 980hp on a engine dyno. Guys I think I might have found my set-up!!

    In theory the 5.4 KB should produce way more power though, but it would take more to get that in. How big of a hood do you think would be needed? I have a 3inch cowl now.

    I'm leaning to the built 03/04 cobra engine with a KB, and nitrous right now, untill I see some other options. Although a nice lightning 5.4 built, with a KB and nitrous would be TITS too!

    whats with all the 9 second N/A? I said I wanted the most out of a motor N/A and then throw N2O on it. the most I'll get out of a 2v N/A is around 350. then I'd up my nitrous to 200+ and I'll be short of some N/A motors, thats why i'm looking into different options

    If I did end up doing the LS1 swap I would definately not put a bow tie on it. In fact I wouldn't tell anyone but all you guys on stangnet. I would try to keep it a secret. but....its not a definate thing. As for the Aviator, I'm looking at all my options, thanks again for the input guys!

    I do realize someone will always be faster and I'm fine with that. I just want to be one of those cars that when people see it, even 10 second cars, they say I'm not messing with that.

    I know, whatever I do, I just want it to be different and stand out in the crowd. Money won't be a problem as long as I don't go too crazy, I'm stoping at 15K no more I think.

    very true! But like I said before, I'm not doing this for sure, I am looking into other options also, Ford Motors, etc. Waiting to make my final decision in fall.

    who said I was staying N/A? I want a motor that can produce good N/A numbers because I spray on my motor. I like nitrous, and will probably stick with nitrous over a blower. I'm not saying it is better, just I like it better. Not driving with boost all the time and can spray only when I need it.

    I don't want to blow the pants off pretty much any LS1, I want to be untouchable! I want to have a motor that will produce gobs of power N/A because I will spray with it too. So if I have a motor producing 500hp and lets say 500 ftlbs tq, slap a 250 shot on it and you got at least750-800...

    I am one of those die hard ford guys and will never get rid of my mustang. I'd rather run down the track than drive a camaro or especially a bmw. the motor mounts from a 4.6 can be used with little modification, I definately have a better suspension, rigidity, and rear end than most F-bodies.

    400-450hp, but remember about the drivetrain. your combination is only as strong as your weakest link!

    When I put mine on I put it on with the MAC o/r H pipe and kept the stock mufflers. It sounded mean! real deep and more solid than just a catback. Then I welded in magnapacks and dumped it after the mufflers, havn't heard a mustang around hear, let alone another muscle car, as loud and as good...

    so now I got three choices. 1:Built LS1 2:Built 350 (need details) 3:wait for MPH to come out with a new set-up. ~regardless, thank you all for your input and for not flaming me too bad! Still need details though.
