    Bama was not able to tune the SelectShift. I was disappointed, because the 1-2 shift is really slow, and I thought originally the tune would address this problem. However, they can tune the strength of the shift. I had them set the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts to 100%. It allowed me to chirp my 20s in 3rd.

    The guy would be toast only as far as being held responsible. Payment is a whole other story though. He might not have insurance and might not have the means to cough up $15,000 to pay to fix it. His wages could be garnished, but that will take years to collect. Etcetera, etcetera. It sucks...

    Certainly you would have 14" rotors; not sure what color calipers for 2011, but probably consistent with 2013: dark gray or black calipers with red "BREMBO" logo. But this assumes you bought it brand new and the car hasn't been taken to a brake shop that replaces caliper sets to change pads...

    If it is consistent despite warm climate, I would expect something is up. You have a SCT device. Check for any error codes.

    Rev Limiter

    I did a street tune with BAMA, no intake manifold upgrade at all, and they adjusted the rev limiter as part of their standard tune. It isn't as high as what you are expecting with the Boss manifold, but they can adjust the rev limiter. You should call them and find out.

    Oh, there is no break-in period advised in the manual. I checked thoroughly when I got mine. I drove mine easy for 1000 miles, but from the factory there is no break in period recommended anymore.

    Unless you get the track package, it should have 3.31 on manual. The front plate is mounted via two screws straight into the bumper. Removal would leave two holes, but couldn't you fill them and shave it down? I would leave the bracket on and not go through that hassle.

    One point regarding your traction issue: Weather aside, a common mod for these cars is lower (and upper) control arms in the rear to help improve traction. You might want to consider that as an upgrade if the Fastlane tuner didn't already.

    Summer rubber is not really meant for 30-degree F weather. You will slip and slide when it is cold outside. But what is a Fastlane GT? I've never heard of it.

    2010 GT or 2014 V6

    The V6 has a good aftermarket. For me, the torque is the difference. Stock it only has 280 lb-ft. The 2010 GT has 325 lb-ft. Torque aside, I would go with the V6 per the reasons listed by Husky44 and earleys94gt.
