    The fox body was even worse. The box looks very similar in design, but instead of screws holding the top half to the bottom, the box is essentially welded into one piece.

    Anyone know the weight of a factory II hood? I'm under the impression that it's actually pretty light for a steel hood. I knew one road racer who was considering a fiberglass hood for his II, but then decided against it because the weight savings turned out to be pretty small.

    I got my fiberglass bumpers from MAS Racing Products. They had the cracks already molded in. The molds were obviously taken from cracked urethane bumpers. But hey, the price was right. Even with the original paintjob the bumpers tended to crack over time. I suspect the urethane expands...

    This guy also did a single 3" exhaust under the advice of the engineers at flowmaster. He didn't go over the axle, he went under it - no bends.
