    AOD <VS> 5 speed

    Built high stall AOD here coming from a T-5 and I love it, its not boring at all, its quicker, shifts harder and there is nothing more fun than matting it for a nice downshift!

    I've got the full BBK kit and i think its 1.5 but its settled a bit. It launches and handles great but its like riding in a shopping cart.

    Agreed, I hate when people baby their cars, even muscle cars, get out there and bag them. The car seems to run and feel better when its constantly WOT anyways :D

    I usually don' but lately my motor has seen 5500+ rpms on a regular basis. I've been driving the **** out of my car, I love to get it screamin and leaving those light burnout patches up the street when you blip the throttle quickly. I should probably tone it down a bit.

    Are you sure it wasn't just dust? If you have an o/r pipe it will kick up a bit, especially if you have dumps haha

    Good writeup STICKY. haha. If you put it in the crankcase you should change your oil right away after, its not an additive. I wouldn't put it in oil.

    Looks great, you arent wasting any time! That colour in the engine bay is sweet, you should paint the car that colour. +1 for doing your own wiring and using a fuse panel. Its easier than messing with existing old cracked wires.

    hrmm.. I honestly don't know if it should be sealed up completely, because I'd still want it to breathe incase you got some moisture trapped in there when you seal the bag up (which you will)
