    isn't the cap suppose to open up a bit to let coolant overflow when there is too much pressure?

    there should be a sticker in your car that tells you what PSI to set it at. Or just set it to between 30-32 cold.

    Used Chemical Guys Pete's 53, but I have found Obsessive Detail Wet Obsession to be a bit better on metallics, decently priced too. Of course prepping the paint well before applying wax helps too.

    I run 30 psi all around. The ford sticker in my glove box says to run 30 psi cold front and back.

    yeah there is no difference that I know of between the cobra and mach kit except the color and what it says on the calipers.

    don't see how its any different. You're following the same procedure whether its a daily driver or a show car, only difference is the daily driver will need more attention.

    you can get tokico shocks and struts on brenspeed's ebay store for $279 shipped, that is the cheapest I can find.

    I had to get an alternator bracket when I installed the PI intake with the aluminum crossover. gaskets can be re-used if they are in good shape. I replaced mine as it's not expensive anyways.

    they can have the plastic crossover as well, they used the plastic ones in 99 and 00 models and switched to the aluminum crossover in 01.

    yeah roads here aren't perfect by any means, but there are worse ;) If you want something with a bit more drop but still keep some of the comfort try the Ford B springs. I just bought them and going to install it this weekend.

    yeah its bad compared to other cars, but I don't think its that bad. I've definitely driven in cars with much worse.

    ride quality should definitely improve with aftermarket shocks and struts. as for your question, that depends if you want something you can adjust or not. Bilstein are not adjustable afaik.
