    Max A/C blows less air than Regular A/C

    Get under the dash and check the cabin air intake for the A/C. I had the same problem last summer and it ended up being a rag that I had on the pass side floorboard. It got sucked up against the intake and I didn't realize it.

    When you turn the key to the run position you should hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds then shut off. Try cycling the key so that the fuel pump primes 2 or 3 times before you start it. See if that makes any difference.

    Pretty much all plenums have casting marks in them. If you find a company that sells one with no casting marks inside please post it up. Those casting marks are easily gotten off with a dremel. the inside of that plenum doesn't look any worse than what I've seen from all the other makers...
