    I'd replace the quadrant with an aftermarket unit and also install a firewall cable adjuster. That will get rid of your problems. The stock quadrants suck.

    Ok If you pull the pedal all the way up without the cable attached what happens? It is possible that the TB wasn't sitting correctly on the fork and has slowly moved until it's bound up at times. With the cable disconnected from the fork, can you move the fork back and forth freely?
