    late model alternator

    I'll say thanks as well. :) I have a good used 3G from a 95 Mustang, which I'd like to install on my 68 Cougar ... need some more juice for the electric fan I'm hoping to go with. cheers, Ed N.

    GT40P Heads

    Has anyone tried the 'P' heads with standard late 60s 289 / 302 exhaust manifolds, for plug clearance? I got a great deal on a set of these heads, and am thinking of putting them on my 68 Cougar. Headers are a PITA to me as well, unless they are top-notch. I'm not impressed by the quality...
