    Same on the V8's. Classic example of a magizine mod. Gets high reviews and dyno numbers ($ maybe because of influence $) in the magizine, and numerous people in real life test them out and find out its crap.

    Definitely start saving up for that rear though. My friend did a V6 to V8 swap on his 2000, snapped his rear on about his 15th launch.

    The wider the tire, the more tire on the ground? I have 275's in the rear, and 245's up front. But on 17 inch wheels.

    I would play it safe, and get a supercharger... That will definitely get you beLOW 13's.

    Ugh, now I can't make up my mind... And if I go the 555 route, I wouldnt get 275 in the rear, because I would want to rotate my tires ... so maybe nitto555 255 alll around. I still don't know, I drive this car every day and put miles on it.

    Eh, you are absolutely right. I guess I was just looking for some support so I wouldn't feel that bad getting Drag Radials and replacing them after 10k. Heh.

    Drag Radials. Should I get them, or not. My original setup was planned as: 275/17's Nitto DR in the rear. 245/17's Nitto 555 in the front. But after looking at different time slips, and noticing not that big of a difference between cars that just had the 555 and the DR, on reaction...

    I live in the Bucks County area (Northampton)... Churchville, Richboro, Newtown, Newhope -- that's all my turf and where you will find me and my fellow stang friends cruising. I can make it to Northeast philadelphia in roughly 15 minutes.
