    Going to keep an eye on this one for future reference. However in my past experiences the manufacture recommended is usually the best for stock vehicles.

    I don't want to be too sharp off the starts, like I said daily driver 50 mile round trip to work. I like to stay over 20 mpg. Right now I get a little over 22.

    I'd see about putting one of the new 5.0 crate engines from ford racing. Say it already 412hp out of the box.

    You'd be better of buying new engine cost may end up close to the same. You have to redo just about the whole thing.
