    A recall is something the manufacture does to protect not only the company but the customer. It sounds like the dealer may have denied his vehicle for the mods or have him try another dealer?

    You can get Ford tips from your parts counter for around $100 or ebay too! I got mine thru my salesman and he actually paid for them, atleast someone did because they installed them and I never seen a bill.
