    OK, a rebuild kit is not a shift kit. A shift kit only changes the line pressure for firmer shifts. A rebuild kit replaces clutches, steels, seals, and the OD band. If the tranny is built right with good parts, it will hold power that TKOs are rated at plus some.

    Check the 8th digit of the VIN. If its a GT it'll be a "T" if its a Cobra it'll be a "D". http://www.scoa.org/info/1995-info.htm#Specifications ^^Also has some "Cobra specific" things you can look for.

    The Lokar flexible dipstick for the Ford 302 works nicely as well. Just cant touch it while the car is hot since the handle is metal and it warms up nicely.

    I like that clock pod. It allows you to go with the 2 5/8 gauges as well. That would be nice for a water temp, tranny fluid temp, and something else.

    Had something very similar happen to a friends car, but they only busted out the lock and took the Alpine headunit. That really sucks man.

    You remove the nut and since it has a hole in it, you place 2 pennies in there and tighten the nut back down. Mine has been like that for close to a year and no problem from it. And put one for the nut on the egr as well.

    Its the valve on the fuel rail on the passenger side. There shouldnt be anymore pressure in the fuel system after a hour or so of being turned off...pop the fuel door open and undo the cap for a little while if you want. I use my fuel pressure gauge to release the pressure on my car...

    The dyno was with heads, intake, full exhuast, homemade cai, and gears. At the time, the converter was shot and the tranny was slipping. I will get a dyno and air/fuel with all the new bolt-ons and some underdrives once the tranny is back in the car and a few other mods are complete.

    No, stock has something like 67cc, the 40Ps are ~58cc Your compression will end up about 9.5:1
