Does anyone know what this is? **PIC**

In every "low spot" within the floorboards, there is a drain hole. That drain hole is covered by that plug. Look under the car, find a hole that has carpet showing, and replace.

    question dont hate me

He's already got a GT. He wants to sell it and go with a V6 and swap to a 5.0. Bad idea. Parts list: ( I know because I once had a V6 and looked into it) K member to mate the engine to. Engine (stock won't be as strong as the 4.6)\ Trans (if you plan on anything but a stock 5.0...

    Brake Problems Again!

There should be 2 bleeder screws on your master cylindar. Try bleeding that out first, then bleed out the lines. Make sure you have alot of fluid, and constantly watch the level. Good luck!

The Big Brown truck isn't allowed at my house... So, that means I have to buy from a local dealer, which are out of them. So, I have to make my own now.

Questions from gearhead that is new to Modular

-Gear lube and tranny lube should be of the dyno variety. -There is a device that can "switch" the switch. Can't remember who makes it, but it's around 60 bucks. -3L27 means 3.27:1 -Honestly recommend the Ford Oil, and get it changed at the dealer. The 20 extra dollars you spend by letting...

Mach1 Chin spoiler on 97 GT! AWESOME!!!

I could honestly see paying the $255 for the boss spoiler, IF it was pre-painted and they guarenteed the paint up to the point of drop-off. That is a little pricey for just a straight (relative) piece of fiberglass. Even the Saleen is cheaper. $150 for the CDC? Give me a break... If I...

    Anyone in SCCA?

What John said, but I will add this: It was said to me at my first Autox event: "It's the most fun you can have with your clothes still on." You asked if you could be competitive. I'ld say at first, no. Learn your car. I know it's hard to do in Minnesota, as I grew up in Anoka. Learn...

MACH 1 Owners chim in please

Most people are running mid to low 13's stock. Personnally, and because the wife says, I'll be keeping her stock. I did add a Tri-Axe, only because my other 2 have it. Other than that, I do plan on a set of gears within a year or two, but she'll remain stock thereafter for the fact it's a...

Bracket Racing(pls donm't move this thread)

With the .2 difference in e.t. from dial-in, in this instance, and the .3 difference in reaction time, then car #1 would win by .1 seconds. If they both had run their dial-ins perfect, then car #2 would have lost by .3 seconds. Conversely, if they both would have gotten perfect reaction times...

Bracket Racing(pls donm't move this thread)

Actual time starts when you break the beam. Reaction time only comes in if there is a tie, which is not common at all. The other thing that they use reaction time for, is to see who gets the "by" run. And to correct you, yes the idea is that all things being equal, you will both hit the...

    Bullit rims

Thanks, I've got the stock 16" pony rims in chrome (I think they came stock) and it just looks a little too blingie for the wife. I think they don't look that bad, but it's her car and what she wants is what she gets.

    Bullit rims

Anyone have pics of an 87-93 GT (preferably black) with a set of bullit rims on it? I've got a set, and I'm contemplating doing the 5 lug conversion for those rims. I also have access to a set of 2002 bright rims (17" stocks). Thanks in advance.

    control arms

For the money, I love my MAC's in the 98. The 92 needs the rest of the suspension done, since I've replaced the springs and shocks/struts, the bushings all need to be done. It's either the kit from energy, or just the front and MAC uppers/lowers. Might even try to sneek them past for the...

    Sportline

Yup, the stock shocks and struts lasted for about a year. Bought take-offs from www.stangparts.com and those lasted about the same. Now I have Napa specials, and expect the same wear. Takeoffs were 60.00 for the set, Napa specials were 200 for all.

The rubber thingy is the new pinion snubber. You must remove the stock one out of the car and replace it with the one provided. If you are unsure of it's location, if you look at where the driveshaft meets the rear end housing, it's directly above that. It's purpose is to stop the travel of...
