    For those who haved installed long tubes...

    Did you raise the motor at all? I read that the JBA headers required you to unbolt the engine mounts and raise the engine an inch. When you get it up and running I'm dying to hear a sound clip. I've been searching forever for a sound clip of longtube headers and a prochamber.

    MAC Longtube headers

    Looking to get some long tube headers. Anyone have any experience with them on the 05? I hear the short tube's are a pain to put in and some require solid motor mounts to keep from hitting the frame. Are the long tubes any eaisier to install? any clearance problems?

    I read another post where a guy had these and he was pretty dissapointed. He was thinking the same way I was, if loudmouth's are too loud then these must be just a little quieter. He said they were just as quiet as stock mufflers at first but got a little louder as they broke in.

    There are hot air exaust hoods out there already. I don't know if they're functional or not. Maybe if someone has one they can let us know if it solved the problem.

    How much have have you endured?

    Well I had the gas tank problem, it wouldn't take fuel in faster than a dribble. Got the tank replaced and it seemed to fix it but the last time I filled up it did it again. I don't know what the problem is. One of my rear windows had a bad gasket which caused it to leak. Got that one replaced...
