    Agreed. I also agree, and don't think I lead anyone to believe, that the wideband isn't the only tool used for tuning. There are plugs to read, exhaust temps to measure.... but it is a great tool nonetheless.

    Make sure the wire you snake to the garage is of the correct thickness (gauge). Other than that you'll be OK.

    You could use the same plug as the one the dryer uses. You will need to upgrade the circuit breaker tho, unless you plan on running one and not the other and never at the same time. I'd still check to ensure the dryer uses a 15A CB and not much more.

    The lights run on 12v's. But why build something when the bulbs, as pointed out, cost only a few bucks? I like projects too, but if you buy the bulbs you won't have to cut any wires, it's a quick change, and you're on to another project :D
