    What fan are you using? I'm using a 3.8 Taurus/Continential fan that pulls something close to 100amps at start-up and 30-35amps constant. I'm afraid to kill my battery..... It cycled on and off for OVER an hour last night. And that was on a cool night.....I can't imagine how long it would cycle...

    Yeah I have a 3G going in at the sametime I put the fan on this new car. Now I'm suprised that you say lower radiator hose.....I though it was suppose to go by the upper rad hose.....???

    Is your sensor located in the liquid part of the radiator or is it put through the fins where it measures the heat of the metal radiator?

    FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid thing! I had time to get the valve cover off today. Come to find out the #4 rocker on the intake side poped off! Damn bastard! It's all set and fixed now!! Thanks Stangnet! Matt
