    not allways the case my friend spun his exploder out in levenworth a few years back, was going 5mph hit some ice started slideing and spun into a cliff. got slaped with a wreckless driveing, and a few other things.

    The sales guy made the HUGE mistake of 1) camera 2) no license yet he still took them out and let him drive 3) nothing stoped him from removeing the keys from the ignition at any time.
