    Says who? All you gotta do is take the wax out of the container and rub it up against your foam pad. I personally think it's a waste and would never do it, but it does technically work.

    get an 04 if you can. They're a bit more reliable. The '03's sometimes have a vibration above 80mph and TOB issues.

    There are a few other differences too... - The midpipe on the '04's is different. The '04's tend to produce a little more HP, but a little less TQ due to this. - The '04's tend to not have some of the same problem as the '03's...(i.e. they tend to tick less and I haven't heard of any '04's...

    I'm having a hard time reading the numbers since that scan is small...but is your A/F over 12? I'd say you're dangerously lean. They should've cut the dyno off when they saw that.
