    Sounds like you're actually low on fuel. The hard G's during launch are pooling the remaining gas away from the pump causing the car to fall on its face. There is a TSB about another problem with fuel level and the warning light and running out of fuel with 4-6 gallons still in the tank...

    Check your owner's manual and other paperwork. I believe paint/body/rust issues are covered under a different warranty (other than the 3 yr. / 36k miles). I would get it fixed as you might run into issues in the future. Take whatever avenues you need to. Good luck.
