    If you're buying new a Cobra manifold would be hard to find since it's been discontinued by Ford. From asking people on this forum and other alot of people prefer the Performer. I just ordered mine from Summit.

    Ok I called Summit today about the Edelbrock Performer 5.0 and they matched the price from www.poweredbyford.com, which is $449.95. Just thought some of you that are looking for the same thing should know. Also thanks again to everyove for the info!

    They have a great price on the tranny and free shipping up to $110 but their 6 month warranty is too short for me. Also asked if they can give me a discount if I didn't want the TC with their package and was told yes but I would not get free shipping.

    It's probably a scam. When a deal seems too good in most cases it's a scam. How many people do you know that will buy a used car without seeing pics or even negotiating for a lower price. If he really does want it bad ask him to wire you the money.
