    On a '91 it's for the EGR. Unless you've deleted your EGR valve you'll need it. I assume it's the same for other years, but can't say for sure. Try this thread for an explanation. If you have questions, contact jrichker, his write ups have helped me more times than I can count...

    2001 Cobras with a Tremic 3650 trans have internal stops. You don't need to use the ones on the shifter. In fact, it's recommended that you don't use them.

    There may be a couple of Ford verts that came with a cover for the inside, but I've never seen them. Unless you have a car with an optional cover, or have a high end car, you are going to see the linkage.

    Paid 16K for mine with 22K on it about 6 months ago. Pristene condition (always garage kept). Only mods were window tinting and 18' Momo wheels with new Goodyear F1 tires. Also got the original wheels and tires as part of the deal. There's a link with picks in my sig.

    IIRC no one had an answer about using the boost guage as a volt meter and the decision was that the milage stayed with the cluster.
