    The lower profiles probably aren’t helping much. :shrug: Have you tried the Kenny Brown Rear Differential Brace with silicone urethane bushings ? :nice:

    Look at my mods, (V-6) and you’ll be in the mid to upper 14’s all day long! I have smoked countless 5.0 and a handful of early 4.6’s. :nice:

    Wow, I’m really impressed! :) I have had many other nice cars before but the most I ever got was roses from the Mercedes dealer.

    I bought a 10th anniversary Cobra a few months ago now and have been receiving free stuff ever since! It started with a Cobra hat and membership to Ford Racing with stickers, then a SVT key chain and membership to SVTOA, followed with a nifty hand signed document by the mechanic that test drove...

    03 cobra vs z06

    The first models of the Z06 are slower stock than the 03 Cobra stock. Only the 02+ are faster, but with 2k in mods the 03 Cobra will wipe the floor with a Z06. :nice:

    why mod a V6?

    Skip it all and go for the 8.0 quad turbo W16. Nothing like 1000hp that is drivable and street legal anywhere in the world. :nice:

    You melted the pistons? What’s with all this, “our motors are good for 1000hp" stuff I hear occasionally from other people? :shrug: 600hp is the most you can go on pump gas (from what I was told)? I would still drive it for commuting. What I was looking for are the hidden costs nobody...

    I beat my friends Integra GSR in my v6 so he went out and put a supercharger on it, and now it’s just slightly faster. :nice:

    Go with the 7-pound ATI supercharger on a 99+ v6 and you should be OK. Make sure you get a good dyno tune! If something were to break the rear end. If that happens you could upgrade to a GT rear.

    The insurance for a Viper was going to be $118 more a MONTH than my 03 Cobra. Plus the Vipers build quality is poor and there plagued with problems.

    When a car has forced induction retarding the timing doesn’t necessarily result in a loss of power. In my case it was the opposite.

    Trade your car in plus the 2k and get a 99+. Then you have a newer car that will due stock what you’ll be doing if you keep what you got and mod it. Also there is more potential for a 99+ V-6. :nice: 2k = 20 more hp and same car. 2k = 30 more hp and newer car.
