    Could this defeat a stock 04 srt-10 viper?

    Just raced one today, and I was dead even all the way to 120. The first race I havn't won in this car. We both had a good takeoff. It was around 87 out too so I might have done better if it was cooler. :shrug: See mods below. :nice:

    How fast will this go top end?

    It depends on horsepower. In my case I had a 95 Steeda Q that topped out at 181mph. Put in some 410 gears and topped out around 158mph. Yes if you don’t have enough power to reach your top end a lower gear helps but if you do you will be slower.

    Hey there, I’m from Sac also! The 410 gears will bring your top end down. Unfortunately I don’t think there is any place that you can test locally that would be legal. Thunder Hill raceway is an hour away, and there is a part of the track I’ve been able to get pretty fast on that I’m sure...

    '03 and '04 1/4mi. Times????

    I was running around 13.3 at 109 stock. Now I’m back on the stock tires with my mods and have no traction but still manage 12.48 @ 118.

    Anyone know where a dyno is in Sac?

    Midnight Performance 916-852-6887. They did mine and a friends car. Cool guy, good equipment. They mostly do Rice cars. $100.00 for 3 pulls with air fuel readout. :nice:

    Congratulations, can we see some pics? :nice: CANTONRACER, What mods do you have on your Z28 to get high 11’s? I wonder because I raced a 97ish Z28 once and to my surprise he was holding his own and I’ve always wondered what kind of mods he could have had. :shrug:
