    Strange stalling issue

Tune for sure. I had a 2 week gap between installing LT's and getting the tune, had the same prob as you (it's specific to automatics, I believe). As soon as I got a fresh tune, issue was fixed. Checking the IAC may not be a bad idea either.

What size stall and what tires are you running in back? Very nice time!

    Suggestions on going to track

315 is way too wide for a N/A car - a set of 245 or 275 Nitto 555R's will do the trick. 315's slow you down.

    2008 3v engine swap?

3v is a good idea - upgrading the camshafts on a 4v motor costs about $1400 bucks, just for the sticks. 3v Mods are cheaper and more widely available than for 4v.

    R.I.P 4r70w 10/11/09

4R70W isn't easy to kill - how many miles do you have on it? Get it up on a lift and check the lines + pan. Have you bottomed out really badly recently?

    Dyno this morning

I ended up there for 3 hours and was ready to go after about 10 N/A pulls. My nitrous tank was empty as well. The same shop installed my longtubes for $300 bucks, motor mounts + aluminum driveshaft for $60. The dyno session was $75 (discount since they did the install and have dyno'd it before)...

    Back from the dyno!

You're probably at 300 on a dynojet. Regardless - nice results with the hitech's! It looks like we have the same mods, I've got my hitech's sitting in the box - waiting for enough $$$ for an install and fresh tune.

    A/C gettin kind of weak.

If you have long tube headers, check your Liquid Line / Orifice tube. Mine JUST melted about 2 weeks ago. It melted while driving, leaked all the R134A out, then sealed itself when it cooled down. Wouldn't hold refrigerant for more than a day - obviously.

    99 GT into the 12's

One of the guys at Jaws Racing, here in Tallahassee, has an '00 GT, automatic, with VT stage 2's, hooker headers, Prochamber, ported heads, STOCK INTAKE MANIFOLD, JLT CAI, 4.30's, and ET Streets. Best time of 11.92 in the 1/4. Videos on streetfire look for "bolt on GT 1/4".

    stock bullet wheels

I am running 275 Nitto Drag Radials on my stock 2001 5 spoke wheels and they look exactly the same as my front's running 245 Nitto 555's. I saw a picture of someone running 315 drag radials on stock 5 spokes, but it looked retarded. If you're going in a straight line ONLY - then feel free to do...
