    Engine not happy

You may be suffering low compression from when your dad took your car for a joyride and wrecked it.

    HID headlight kits??

I picked up the 4500k kit from VVME - so it looks like plain white light instead of that blue/purple tint. The kit works great, install was simple(hid the ballasts inside of the front bumper cover behind foglights so they get airflow), and I now have more light output with my headlights totally...

    Under drive Pulley Problems

You want to use RTV sealant - it's like a copper/silicone mix that can handle the engine bay temps. Regular silicone paste will melt.

Man, sorry to hear that. That really sucks. I'm sure they'll take care of you.

    Got stiffed on ebay

Dude - it happens. If it's a replacement part that a local shop has to order or doesn't have in stock then I'll eBay it. Everything else I'll pick up locally. I've found craigslist to be an awesome place for parts as well.

Just test drove the Challenger SRT8.......

The Charger SRT8's aren't very quick either. That's a boat of a car - but it looks sharp! I'd take the Charger over the Challenger. However - I'd take the Bullitt over both of those.

Just test drove the Challenger SRT8.......

Car is just about 2 tons - adding more power seems like it would add to the handling nightmare. That thing needs to go on a diet. I think the only recent car that Chryslter/Dodge/Plymouth did right, in regards to a muscle/street car, is the Plymouth Prowler. The new camaro - from the pictures...

    Safe to Drive? (supercharger question)

I would wait for the parts and have it flatbed towed to your closest tuning shop. If you've installed the 42LB injectors and are using the stock fuel pump I could see some bad things coming from that. Do you have any pictures of your install? Nice purchase on the TT, seems like an excellent value!

    Need help ASAP....please!

WHOA! You can hear the friction in that video. I'm gonna agree with Laser on the bad rod - or you may have thrashed a valve (slim to no chance if you're running stock cams). Pull those valve covers first and see if everything looks normal. How about some in-car footage? Drain some of the oil and...

    supercharger $1500

Not looking for a used unit, and not looking to tap the oil pan. If I went with a V2 I would pay for a shop to tap the pan - if it leaks then it's their problem.

    **** Haters

Oohhhh! I want some crack! Back in college a few years ago I got up really early to go run some errands and noticed a bum passed out in the back seat of my car (1991 P.O.S. Buick Century). I pulled his ass out and noticed a huuuuuuge wet spot on the back seat. Bum must have been drunk and...

    supercharger $1500

Agreed on the saleen kit - but for a $1500 budget it's not bad at all. As soon as my tax return comes in I'll be doing the same thing with a TorkTech or V3. Let us know how the build/install goes, get some pictures!

    Blowby Racing anyone ?

Fuel pressure should never be an issue for us - on a non FI motor, so you can scrap the pressure sensor. Blow down tube isn't necessary. Gauges aren't necessary. Window switch is essential. In your area, a bottle warmer would be a good idea. Purge switch + bottle opener (or a simple on/off...

    supercharger $1500

You can often come across complete Saleen twinscrew units that are taken off of to make room for a KB or whipple. I've seen those go for around $2000 and there's no tapping of the oil pan required. Vortech's are nice, but a twinscrew/roots set up will throw you back in your seat from 1500RPM all...

can a new edge still be fun with a auto in it?

I've never had to change out a clutch/flywheel, never missed a shift, and never stalled out. 4r70W for consistency.
