Don't drive like a dumbass and the car will be perfectly safe.

Orderd 2011 Mustang GT 9.5 weeks ago. No vin yet.

My guess is that that dealer has an allocation issue. Each dealer only gets so many mustangs a year. You may have to go to a differant dealer to get one sooner.

    Driver Ornamentation Package (Fleet)?

You need to log onto "the ford story" and vote for the 18R package. If we get enough votes, they just sight add it.

    2011 V6 2.76 gears vs 3.35

FYI... The standard rear gear is 2.73, and the optional rear gear is 3.31. I doubt that will even be able to find 2.75 or 3.35 gears unless they are custom made.

Has the 2011 v6 and 5.0 made the 370z much less relevant???

The Z is still a great car and offers a sports car driving experience. The stang offers more of a muscle car experience, and that you really can't compare.

    Advice needed! 2010 vs. 2011

Hold out for a much lower price or a 2011. The stang must compete with the maro, and thats around $22K base. You could either pay $26 for a new V6 in a few months or maybe get an old V6 for $20K or less. Make your decesion, just remember the new V6 has more power (240 vs. 305) and better...

    Advice on 2011 mustang

I believe that the 5.0 Coyote has a forged crank. If you want the "best" traction, go with drag radials.

    Sunroof

It all depends on where the bracing is, which I would guess the sunroof would go right throuh it. I'm sure that you can get one, just hope you never roll the thing or get hit by a truck.

    How TiVCT works

Based on how it operates, it will be of the utmost importance to keep the engine oil clean... Its one thing to lubricate the components, its another for precise valves to rotate the camshafts.

    The 5.0 Mustang is Back!

Its nice the see that Ford is really putting the 5.0 through the paces to determine if its up to snuff, 200 hours at near redline should have been more than enough to kill many other motors out there.

    The 5.0 Mustang is Back!

And the new coyote motor is a 4 valve motor.

Info leaked on the 2011 GT from Edmund's

412 sounds fishy to me, it would be the exact same HP/L as the 3.7. I would not be suprised to see them very close, but exactly the same just doesn't sound real.
