    This motor has been rebuilt.. Bored over, pistons, head work etc etc, so I'm gonna hope the issues with a non HO have been worked out.. If not.. BAh.

    Electrical guys help connect stero please

    A black wire in the car isnt always a ground but in the 100 or so CD players Ive installed the black wire on the back of them has always been the ground. That and I know the deck hes working with. Ive hooked up a few.

    Distributer installation.. timing question.

    I'm not 100% sure if it did or not.. It had a small pressure release but it was very small. I'll take the engine all the way around a time or two and see about it. Thanks for the info man, much appreciated.

    Ok, the large thick cable is the antenna. The red wire is your ignition power and yellow is your constant power wire. The small black is a ground wire. The amp/ant wire is a used on an amp if you have one, to tell it when to turn on, or a power antenna if you have one to tell it when to raise.

    Installing my distributer today and was wondering how you zero it in. I have the engine at TDC but was wondering how you set the distributer before putting it in? I looked for timing marks but didnt see any. Yup.. My ignorance of this engine knows no bounds. Thanks in advance folks.

    Ha! Excellent. Thanks a bunch folks, this has helped me a great deal. I'm gonna go pull the upper intake off and get the lines run tonight. Sadly, with the intake backwards now the rear (used to be the front..) lines are totally inaccessible. The FPR is in the way and there just isnt enough...

    Awsome, thanks. I went out and poked round my truck, and looked at my old intake.. I dont beleive I have a BAP sensor. The truck's intake has no additional lines to accomodate it and its no where to be found in the engine bay. ONce I get the final vac info from you and get the reverse...
