    Will 1.6 R.R fit under stock valve covers?

    my stock ones would not fit at all with my scorpion 1.6 stud mounts. i took a lot of material out of the inside and they still wouldnt work.

    nope mine still does it, i grounded mine to the negative on the battery. only does it above 2000 rpm, if i go full throttle it seems pretty steady. I might look into an Msd tach filter.

    if your on a budget just get a used TCI 3000 stall, can get them for little for nothing. work great for a daily driver.

    mine arent any louder than my stock ones were with poly bushings. i have UMI's.

    this tach works diff than autometers. all of my connections are soldered. im giving the tech line another call tomm.

    the stewart warner tachs dont have loops like the autometers, they have Ppr or Pbr haha cant remember, its calibrated for a v8.

    no it does not have a switch for cylinders that im aware of. I believe stewart warner is diff than autometer. it reads close its not doubled or anything. where at in the fender well strype?

    Nice times. I run faster than that with a H/C/I i wonder what would happen if i put a blower on mine, hmmmm. for sure get a tune.

    yeah you have more in that combo for sure. what was your timing set at? keep fuel pressure at stock. i ran those times with stock motor with boltons, check sig.

    Question about adding 2nd PCV. Please help.

    i added a second pcv valve and it made my car suck more oil and it raised my idle about 500 rpms. i got tired of oil in my upper intake so i just put breathers on my motor and plugged the pcv. works good now!

    i always ran my stock motor at 16*. ran awesom on 87 octane.
