    By the way that 300hp is closer to the wheels :) latest dyno reports have shown 273 to 287rwhp. With tune 350 on good octane is RIGHT ON! :flag: :spot:

    I dont know about one thats had a few thosand on her and a good tune.... I would have to say it would be a situation where the LS1 is not the king. Look at the Mach and the 05 GT and the Mach is just as fast if not faster than the LS1. So just remember good tune+miles= RIGHT ON!

    Thats exactly what consumer reports have said. No reason you need to change the oil right at the 3000 mark especially with synthetics. I change mine at about 4000 and for mobil 1 synth thats pretty darn quick.

    Yep I have the hypertech tune and it WORKS with 87 but YOU WONT GET AS MUCH POWER unless you use more octane. However with that extra punch... its well worth it. :)

    '04 SRT-4 vs. '05 GT

    Well the SRT 4 is just a neon with a decent motor and setup. The Mustang has a good motor but with good attributes such as interior and suspension etc. Sure Ford could have put all the money into the motor and it would be incredibly mean but that would take away from the other nice things now...

    I got my friend to take my car and have a performance tune loaded into her and now dang shes got some serious power. I spun with ease and hopped at 40mph at FT. He said he got about 25% more airflow into it... I told him thanks man hehe.

    07 Cobra information, specs/prices/due date

    I heard from INS Division 6 that the cobra will actually be fusion powerd with electic gravitational inertial suspension systems which will be rated at 13465hp and the GT will recieve a slightly smaller fusion system and will be rated at ~11654hp.

    Why is it that the 05 is unibody? Im sure its cheaper but unibodies do not hold up to crashes as well as true frame cars. I always thought my stang was framed but I guess not.

    Bigger bore

    I wonder why ford hasnt built a motor with a larger bore but the same stroke as the current 4.6? I dont know but I would rather have a bigger bore than a longer stroke.

    New Stang tops out at 143?

    Those 235's limit the top speed. I would slap some ZR 245's on there and get a hypertech to remove the limiter.
