    the 4.6 engines are incredibly durable if taken care of. Cops use em in the crown vics, the ford explorer uses it, and hell, even many of the billions of taxi cabs going all over the earth use em. They're phenominal engines.

    yalp... loss of backpressure = more high end, less low end. Just wait'll you put some aggressive cams in, that'll throw you for a loop!

    I'd say number 2. My recommendations: Don't get anything that isnt stainless steal. I didnt like the weld-in mufflers due to the dumb stock pipe size (2.25, wtf...) I'd say do magaflow X pipe, magnaflow magnapacks after-cat system... Or if you're COOL like ME, do full SLP, Headers, X...
