    Aluminum Driveshaft

    I have heard that an aluminum ds on an S197 is worth about 18rwhp. Don't know if that is true but you're getting a 25-30lb weight shaving, in reciprocating weight. I mean the stock ds is the weight of a cast iron head. So needless to say I'll be including this mod in the future. :nice:

    Couple things I don't like about my Mustang

    I hated the price for months before I bought mine (August 31). I went around to local dealers trying to find one that wasn't a fully loaded, auto. I had decided I wanted a 5 speed manual (of course), either Tungsten Grey, Vista, or Windveil Blue, and maybe a Shaker 500. Wheels weren't an issue...

    Don't be too concerned. You want something unique and everyone here should respect that. I personally think the retro ride, retro power thing is cool, if you have the means and are willing to do it right. It sounds like a formidable project and you would likely lose as bigcat mentioned earlier...
