My idle is actually pretty smooth, but i can clearly see the speedo calibration gears in the whole of the trans... so im sure its not connected and the harness is...

    Thanks for the advice. I think I will go with the stock MC and see how the pedal feels...If not then it's a easy swap to the cobra one. Thanks guys.

    So according to my manual it looks like I am missing the VSS and the plug next to it is the output speed sensor. Will the missing vss throw off my shifts?
